Thirty two years of steady growth has enabled Cliff Lewis Printing to gather the expert staff and specialist plant to service our customer’s needs, producing print sales of several million dollars per annum. As one of our company phrases explains we are “Big enough to perform and Small enough to care” for our entire customer printing needs.
Products Range
Cliff Lewis Printing can produce in-house design, artwork, scanning, digital proofing and CTP direct image plate making, commercial and digital printing as well as die cutting, embossing, folding, book making and all finishing.
Our company will accept all printing jobs. The vast majority of printing and finishing jobs are well suited to our modern pressroom. Any specialised requirement not covered by our machinery would be managed and sub-contracted by us to the appropriate specialist in the field, this allows your company to confidently pass all of its print requirements to Cliff Lewis Printing who would then take full responsibility for the final product we supply.

100% satisfaction is our target. We stand by our product, and our service will continue to guarantee it.
Guarantee
All printing done by Cliff Lewis Printing is guaranteed to serve its intended purpose and last its desired life period. If this does not occur the job is subject to our returns policy.
Security Agreement
Cliff Lewis Printing has entered into confidentiality and security agreements with its major form store customers to protect sensitive and private information and paperwork.
Factory security is controlled by Chubb Security with 24 hour back to base alarm systems and movement sensitive cameras.
Competitive Pricing Arrangements
As there are thousands of printers in the Sydney area, our prices are market driven and very competitive. Most of our customers still get alternate quotes but we are very happy to report that we win more the majority of those quotes.
Quotes will remain firm for a 30-day period.
Product Availability
Normal delivery times of jobbing work - less than 5 days. Earlier by arrangement. Digital printing and items held in storage - same or next day.
Degree of Representation
The principals of this business, i.e. Matthew and Adam Lewis would be personally on call and available to service your company, as well as our sales team and design team, depending on your personal requirements.
Ordering On-line
Cliff Lewis Printing has developed its web site as a powerful tool for our customers. It has facility for quoting, ordering and uploading digital files for print jobs.
Customer’s full inventory and order lists are held securely on-line for fast ordering with little effort required. We have also developed a dynamic Business card creation and ordering system allowing customers to add, proof and order cards in one easy procedure.
Consultation with Staff
Cliff Lewis Printing does and will continue to make all of its specialty staff available for help or consultation with any of your company’s printing projects; either new work or re-vamping old work for maximum economy and user friendliness.
Site Visits
We are very proud of our “State of the Art” Printing Plant and encourage and welcome our customers to visit by appointment.
Delivery
Delivery is free into store. Our company runs two delivery vehicles for fast, efficient and courteous service 7am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Warehousing
Space is available in our Taren Point Plant, to store several months’ requirements of fast moving print jobs, thereby enabling immediate delivery at call.
Data Storage
Cliff Lewis Printing’s administration and job ticketing is fully computerised with one of the latest print management programs. All customer files can be accessed by our staff members at any time for your information needs and job records.
All our art and design files are also backed up at the end of each job to be retrieved or modified next time they are needed.
All of our computer-generated files are backed up nightly with second copies stored off our premises for safety. All files are held with strict confidence.
Returns Policy
Our returns policy on supplied goods is as follows:
Supplier’s Fault - We reprint and re-supply urgently at our expense.
Customer’s Fault - Where possible Cliff Lewis Printing will discount the job, taking into consideration the cost of materials and time. We generally offer a reduction off the normal price to help share the burden of a customer’s mistake.
